Wow! What a brilliant story. I’m crying. I hate how we’ve become so busy as a society we don’t treasure and treat our elderly better. My mom died at 93. She was my hero. She was a lot like Ann. I try and live with her courage and her grace every day. I’m 58 and already scared of getting too old to be self sufficient and understand the technology I need to function. But I push on.
